We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the order date — on a membership (monthly or yearly) or on a credit pack.
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com, which acts as Merchant of Record for all orders and handles billing questions and returns. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your Account page or through paddle.net; your membership stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it is not renewed after that. A renewal charge is also covered by the 14-day window above.
Credit packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Where credits from that pack have already been used, we may refund the unused portion instead of the whole pack.
